By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products
All Zulf Veda products are made with natural ingredients. Results may vary from person to person. We recommend doing a small patch test before using any new product, especially if you have sensitive skin or scalp.

2. Placing an Order

  • You must provide the correct name, address, and phone number when placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot confirm your details or the item is out of stock.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp after your order is placed.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but the price shown at the time of your order will be honored.
  • Delivery charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout.

4. Payment
We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online bank transfer 

For COD orders — please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

5. Returns & Exchange

  • You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it.
  • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it at no extra cost.

7. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or email.

8. Use of Website

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
  • Please do not misuse our website or try to harm our systems in any way.
  • All content on this website (text, images, logo) belongs to Zulf Veda and cannot be copied or used without permission.
