Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products, we only accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your order arrived damaged or leaking.

  • You received a defective item.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Change of mind after opening the product

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued only for approved return requests.

Exchange

If you received the wrong or damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

If the mistake is on our side, Zulf Veda will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Photos of the product (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue
